. This car replace slamvan2 cause there is 2 sandking on game, and both use same handling so cant be possible a porpertly replacement.

Addon .

Drop vapidlow folder in Grand Theft Auto Vupdatex64dlcpacks
Extract dlclist.xml from . Grand Theft Auto Vupdateupdate.rpfcommondatadlclist.xml
use notepad open it,add new line

dlcpacks:vapidlow

Save it replace it .
Spawn it by name vapidlow .
