MAKE SURE TO BACKUP YOUR FILES or USE OpenIV "mods" folder tech
1) Copy "cor" folder to
X:Grand Theft Auto Vupdatex64dlcpacks or (X:Grand Theft Auto Vmodsupdatex64dlcpacks )

2)Use OpenIV
1. Extract
X:Grand Theft Auto Vupdateupdate.rpfcommondatadlclist.xml
(If you use OpenIV "mods" folder technique X:Grand Theft Auto Vmodsupdateupdate.rpfcommondatadlclist.xml)

2. then use text editor open it,add new line

dlcpacks:cor

Save the file and use openiv to import it back into the archive.

OPEN IT AND IMPORT THE michllen PHOTO THERE

THEN CLOSE OPENIV
