SAHP Added cars

This will add two new ''SAHP'' cop cars to the game.

Edit: REmapped the cars to look more ''Highway Patrol'' Like

Install:
Replace the ''DLC.rpf'' in:
''Grand Theft Auto Vupdatex64dlcpacksmpchristmas2''

The cars do not patrol or respond as of yet. But are planned to be a part of the ''Law Enforcement Improvements'' mod.

Cars names:
Buffalo: Hwaycar
Stanier: Hwaycar2


To spawn the added cars you'll need SNT

In the ''Vehicle spawning'' go to ''Spawn vehicle by name''
And type in:
Hwaycar
Or
Hwaycar2
