IF DOESENT WORKS:
1) Launch OpenIV;
2) Go to path Grand Theft Auto Vupdatex64dlcpackspatchday1ngdlc.rpfx64 and open txd_patches.rpf;
3)Enable Edit Mode and drag all "panto" files from this folder to txd_patches.rpf.
