Installation:
1. Start OpenIV
2. Go to: Updatex64dlcpackspatchday4ngdlc.rpfx64levelsgta5vehicles.rpf
for the pirated version probably: Updatex64dlcpackspatchday3ngdlc.rpfx64levelsgta5vehicles.rpf
3. Enable Edit Mode and replace the downloaded YFT/YTD files
