This replaces the 1990's Stanier with the 2013 Stanier

i will eventually fix the handling as well as give it vehicle mods

Mostly solid mod... still 2 small red and blue lights in the back adn the handking is really wonky and is way too bouncy. other than that its exactly what ive been wanting since day one. nice job
