NYPD Police Interceptor Look-alike

This is a reskin of the default police interceptor to look like an NYPD car.

Installation instructions are included in the download. This texture will replace police_new2 in vehshare.ytd.

*Current technology limits further detail (like stripes and badges), and better skins will be developed as more modding tools are released.
