C:Program FilesRockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto Vupdatex64dlcpacksmpchristmas2dlc.rpfx64levelsgta5vehiclesxmas2vehicles.rpf

to install the mod you have to open OPENIV and replace jester2.ytd in the directory:
