Using OpenIV, drag folder RS324 to Grand Theft Auto Vmodsupdatex64dlcpacks
then inside OpenIV navigate to Grand Theft Auto Vmodsupdateupdate.rpfcommondata
and open dlclist.xml, paste the following line as a final entry
dlcpacks:/RS324/
save the file, close OpenIV and start game,
Spawn name is RS324


REPALCEMENT INSTALL

Using OpenIV install data sets to
Grand Theft Auto Vmodsupdatex64dlcpacksmptunerdlc.rpfcommondata
then copy tailgater2 model files to
Grand Theft Auto Vmodsupdatex64dlcpacksmptunerdlc.rpfx64levelsgta5vehiclesmptuner.rpf
and to
Grand Theft Auto Vmodsupdatex64dlcpackspatchday26ngdlc.rpfx64levelsgta5vehicles.rpf
