How to Install:
(backup your files)
Run OpenIV
open C:GamesGrand Theft Auto Vmodsx64k.rpflevelsgta5_cityescentral_01 switch on edit mode and replace the sc1_00e.rpf folder

Replace both car files in the folder where your cars at.
In my case it was: C:GamesGrand Theft Auto Vmodsx64w.rpfdlcpacksmpindependencedlc.rpfx64levelsgta5vehiclesmpindependencevehicles.rpf
and
C:GamesGrand Theft Auto Vupdatex64dlcpacksmptunerdlc.rpfx64levelsgta5vehiclesmptuner.rpf
