Installing:

X:Grand Theft Auto Vmodsupdatex64dlcpacks


for non mod folder

Copy bmistralw16 folder to

X:Grand Theft Auto Vupdatex64dlcpacks

2:Use OpenIV extract

X:Grand Theft Auto Vupdateupdate.rpfcommondatadlclist.xml

then use notepad open it,add new line


dlcpacks:/bmistralw16/


Save it and use OpenIV replace it.
