Automatic install

With Open IV in edit mode, Drag an drop the file "dragboat1 install.oiv" over Open IV to install the oiv automatically in your mods folder.

Manual install

1-copy the folder "dragboat1" placed into the folder "manual install" ,in your dlcpacks game folder:

x:\GTA V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks

2-With Open IV in edit mode, go to:
x:\GTA V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml

and add to you dlclist.xml file the next line:

dlcpacks:/dragboat1/
