Walter PPK (Lore-friendly, two versions)

My GTA IV lore-friendly version of Walter PPK, the ultimate spy weapon.
Replaces Desert Eagle, and comes in two versions: regular and silenced
Gun has custom settings and sounds (silenced version is re-using unused silenced pistol sounds from game files)
