This program allows you to import 2-channel audio in Grand Theft Auto IV. With it, you can finally replace the original radio, startup and loading audios. Also you can edit radio music length in sounds.dat15.

@Max200012 It literally says PASSWORD, in WinRar textfile which isn't password protected... sarcastic_hand so you can just click it and see that it is:

GTAinside.com

That is the password, good idea to support this website. So that people won't just upload it somewhere so easily, and claim "made by tool_stealer69-420". Even though of course somebody still could just unlock it, and then upload it the same way so i don't see other motive than supporting this website. Which SHOULD be supported, since all the GTA4-Mods got lost but GTAinside seems to be still working and been most reliable GTA mod website than anything else!

Meaning that if you play GTA 5 and are modding it.... Enjoy it while you still can biggrin because some day all those mods might disappear, leaving you trying to find those certain mods that made the game so good. Then you ๐™ˆ๐™„๐™‚๐™ƒ๐™ find like 20% of them, just like now on GTA IV mods. Also the older GTA mods also, like for Vice City, San Andreas, GTA 3, etc. Which we're all mostly compiled on gtagaming.com Which is now also completely useless, leaving the loss of many many mods for the older ones. Which some of honestly was pretty amazing, like San Andreas 360 degree driveby, like on GTA IV, dual wielding for GTA IV, and many many other amazing script files that changed the game literally in ways that once you got those you couldn't really play it without those anymore Laugh .... sorry
