Upscaled texture pack with the highest fidelity:
---I upscaled all Niko's face, hand, hair textures to 4096x4096--

--His clothes and the textures he uses in missions such as masks, vests, bags, etc. were upscaled to 2160x2160 regardless of size.--

Installation:
Place the .rpf file inside the rar in the game file location:
place in pc/models/cdimages confirm file modification request

(You do not need to use OpenIV)


Don't forget to let me know if you have any problems or see any texture errors, this is my first mod so there might be some problems :)

1. Completely unnecessary. Especially when some of these upscales blur & destroy finer details like wrinkles and fabric texture. Almost makes these look cartoony.
2. Even too many 2k textures lead to streaming issues, let alone 4k
3. Gets even worse when you're using non power of two textures

If you want my advice, I'd at least scale all these down to 1024px! And the jacket (which is already 1024px...) to 2048. Anything else will lead to game-breaking performance! :(

remember to upscale using models you're running LOCALLY on YOUR machine... massive AI models like ChatGPT are wasting clean water every for every query, Grok is directly affecting the air quality in South Memphis! Facebook's AI is causing rolling blackouts in Alabama.
