How to Install!

1. Download OpenIV
2. Open the App OpenIV and select GTA 4 or Episodes from Liberty City
3. Go to DLC - TLAD - Content - pc - models - cdimages - componentpeds.img
4. replace the files with the original Billy Grey Files
