Mitchell Shephard (Head only)

Mitchell the Edgelord from Hunt Down the Freeman, now in GTA. Included parachute support for TBOGT MP.
You can export this model to Openformats and add any clothes you want to it.
Install: Rename the files to a ped model, and add them to pcmodelscdimagescomponentpeds.img.
Optionally search up a tutorial on how to mix and match ped clothes to add additional clothes.
Model is from the original Hunt Down the Freeman files.
Protip: Change hair component to 1 in-game to remove hair.
