This mod lets the gangs in GTA IV drive more variety of cars, which is as follows:

Albanian Mob: Sabre GT, Vigero, Stallion
Angels of Death: Burrito, Speedo
Lost MC: Freeway, Emperor
Italian Mafia (or the Commission): Cognoscenti, Washington, Feltzer, Turismo, Coquette, Supergt, Comet, Infernus
Russian Mafia: Habanero, DF8-90, Perennial
Russian Mafia 2: Buccaneer, Cavalcade FXT, Lokus
Irish Mob: Bobcat, Vincent, Fortune
Jamaican Posse: Manana, Peyote, Virgo
Hustlers: Merit, Ruiner, Banshee
Korean Mob: Chavos, Premier, Dilletante
Triads: Stratum, Admiral, Pinnacle
Spanish Lords: Dukes, Moonbeam, Rancher

Please note that these cars are only coming with unique colors, no unique accesories.
