In ReadMe says "Works Only With The Last Patches 1.1.2.0 (EFLC) And 1.0.7.0 (IV)".
I just tested it on 1.0.4.0 for an hour and it works perfect, no crashes.
It look very nice (i got a medium of 50-60 fps on my GTX550TI 1GB)
Best graphics mod for low PC out there, even the crappy trees look fine now.
10/10 !!!

it didnt really boost my fps, but it has some graphical change,, for me zupper was better, zupper change the view distance and the texture looks the same as the normal but it improves the fps, but the con's of zupper is that when you are uphigh the city goes black,
