Fine-tuned wheelstand line for any Dukes/Charger type vehicle. Wheelstands in first AND 2nd gear.
No ridiculous high-end speed, MAX=180.0
Harder to roll, and working e-brake.

My first handling line mod, hope you enjoy it!

@PlayStarDE Use note pad (in administrator mode) to go into common/data/handling.dat, then replace the place the Dukes line with the one in the file provided.

@falcogray The idea was to get something similar to the "Fast and Furious" Wheelstand. Doesn't last as long as the movie, but throws it up there nonetheless.
