Yes it is.. Well this is ENB + Texture mod.
i Called my mod "BlackGlazeIV"

Tested Spec
Patch 1.0.04
Procie : Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2130 3.40Ghz
GPU : NVidia GTX 650Ti BOOST OC
RAM : RAM 6GB
