This very simple mod will make it so that pedestrians are no longer scared when you honk your horn. I found this very annoying and it also makes the game more realistic.

All you need to do is go to common/data and replace the file then you're done!

11 year old mod, but doesn't hurt to ask. Does this also make it so they don't freak out just because you peeled out or drove fast past them? Or can you make a mod that does that, and already includes your "not afraid of horn" edit?
