NextGen ENB V2

So the second version of NextGen ENB is finally done!

This ENB was not made to be super realistic or demanding. It was made to be nice but also fit Grand Theft Auto IV's atmosphere.

It doesn't need a high-end PC. My specs (30-40 FPS):
-Intel Core i3-2120
-Asus GTX460 768MB
-8GB DDR3-1866 RAM

Tested only on patch 1.0.4.0! Probably looks worse on EFLC or 1.0.7.0!
