Texture of Roads

Changes from original:

- Texture size reduced in half with no noticable difference in quality. May give you a performance boost.

- Texture LOD's have been modified reducing the effect of textures changing from whitish colour to the main texture as you drive forward. This is not affected by your graphics settings. Low or high there should be a visible difference in the distance.

Put 'gtxd' in your GTAPCDATACDIMAGES folder.
