i will explain the phases
phase 1: everything is normal and the virus spreeds silently
phase 2: lc is on red alert! the infected are multiplying exponantly and the cops try to stop them. if you help the cops they will not bother you
phase 3: lc is evacuated... exept you. now you must survive. phase 3 starts when you are hit and faint.
