ENB Series Settings

I get some kind of weird bug with the enb settings, I'm not saying that it's this one but everything works fine all is shiny and pretty except for the sunlight with it's proper shadow effects, ingame I can see it from a distance like all the buildings and the streets and everything else is illuminated by the sun (normal) but when I try to reach that area it moves away just as I do (the sunlight I mean). I'm not really complaining because like I said everything works fine except for that (it's just that I'm a perfectionist :). Do you have any suggestions?
