Ferrari Enzo sound mod

Hey, My problem is the next one: I have GTA IV full of Downloaded cars... and some cars, like the Enzo Ferrari, i have to put it in other places... I mean, My Enzo Ferrari is the Manana GTA IV car... what can I do? because this mod replaces Infernus (Lambo Reventón) and comet (porsche 911 carrera gt2) sounds.... :S

Open vehicles.ide and change MANANA Game name to INFERNUS - manana, manana, car, MANANA, MANANA, to manana, manana, car, MANANA, INFERNUS,
now your manana will get infernus engine.

Bu i have problem with this sound mod to, my game crash when i start drive, what can i do?
