No Police Patrols

Removes police patrolling from traffic. They will still respond in wanted levels.
Useful for if you don't want cops on patrol (for some reason, idk who would want that tbh)

Install:
Drop popcycle.dat to GTAIV > common > data
(make backups first tho!!)

Mod is not compatible with other mods that change this file, without edits atleast
