Gotta love the scripted missions in GTA 4. They're so bad that even GTA 4 fans rarely bring them up when they're on their whole spiel about how GTA 4 is an underrated masterpiece or some tired point like that. Thankfully, this mod at least makes one scripted mission actually bearable.

@EdEdEdEd Lol right? When you hear "Complete edition" you think they combined all their DLC stuff into the main game like all the new buildings, minigames and new peds but instead they just give you the DLCs without GFWL XD

@MSX98FMDnB I tend to be more forgiving towards a lot of the scripted chases in this game because:

A.) For most of them you could either k*** the guys or destroy their vehicle, they just have a lot of health (Ivan the Not so Terrible, No Love Lost, Bernie's missions, Peg's Pride).
B.) Are designed in a way that it makes sense why we can't k*** the person we are chasing either because we have to follow them to their hideout, or they can't be easily reached (Dust Off, Payback, Puerto Rican Connection, Smackdown).
C.) Some chases where the target is invincible either lead to great story moments/cutscenes, or deliver some kind of payoff (Uncle Vlad, the final mission/s).

But then there are some missions where the enemy is invincible for NO REASON, they don't lead to a satisfying end, the player can easily shoot them a hundred times and they don't even lose health, they don't add anything to the mission, there's no story related excuse as to why they can't be killed, they just prolong the mission and make it tedious/boring, and all around are just TOTAL S*** (no Way on the Subway, the end of Truck Hustle, Meltdown, the chase in If the Price is Right, Trespass).

Anyways, sorry for the long rant, thanks for downloading. I love this game but I just sometimes wonder just WTF Rockstar were thinking when designing some of these missions.
