Addon Peds IV - For IVTweaker

It's not an ASI mod like the one for V... All you need is IVTweaker and pedestrians to add! This is just my base folder, anybody could make one of these, but I thought this needed to be uploaded for beginners when I keep seeing all sorts of replacement peds on the GTAInside homepage. There's a better way! And No OpenIV required, as IVTweaker loads loose files without them needing to be in an .img!

Just simply drag and drop the addonpeds folder into the modloader folder, add your pedestrian's wdd, wft, and wtd to the addon peds folder, and write a definition line in newchar.ide for it. Depreciated IG_GerryMC is included.
