No Wanted Flashing On Radar

Ever find the wanted flashing on the radar too distracting? Well now it's gone!
This hudColor.dat file changes two values and replaces the blue and red flashing for a static light grey color, the radius is still visible. Cop cars and ped blips are unchanged.
Note: This also replaces the reddark color sometimes used in missions.

The radar doesn't flash anymore as intended, as well as the radius being visible. But no cop blips appear in the radar or the map.
