Ladder for Playboy X's Penthouse

Took me a bit to realize this wasn't a ladder from ground level. Still, I like it. XD

So simple, and yet, so useful. Thanks for this.

Now if we can only get another simple mod to add the helipad texture on the roof. Or at the very least, landing pad lights so we can see it at night on the approach. (I once landed in pitch darkness and almost put the right skid too far over the edge. That would've been bad.)

BTW, works great if you are only doing GTA IV. But for some reason it makes TBOGT and TLAD crash on load.
