Blur Background in Loading Screens

Hi everyone, this is my third mod on GTAinside. This mod replaces background images with blurry ones in loading screens. So it creates depth-of-field effect. As always, this mod is open-source again. You can find source files (background images) in 'Source Files' folder. I recommend creating a backup of 'loadingscreens.wtd' file which is in "GTAIVpctextures". I am used Lens Blur option in Photoshop to create blur on images.

INSTALLATION:

Just copy 'pc' folder into GTAIV game folder (the directory where GTAIV.exe is) and replace. That's it.

UNINSTALLATION:

If you created a backup before installing this mod, just restore your backup by replacing 'loadingscreend.wtd' file in "GTAIVpctextures".
