This timecycle graphics mod aims to make the game more natural, less dark/grey and more vibrant. It doesn't use ENB/Reshade shaders so it's timecycle only. It's also perfect for people with low end hardware because the performance should be exactly like vanilla. This mod is compatible with every patch and also works with EFLC. Don't mix this graphics mod with other graphics mods. It won't work and it won't look good. Definitely recommended in combination with FusionFix because of the shader improvements/fixes.

-Less vibrant and overall improved top & horizon sky colors at 7am, 9am, midday, 6pm and 9pm for extra sunny, sunny & sunny windy weathers

@gifted.co you should start to read instructions properly. As the readme file inside of the Noise Fix folder says you have to open up the menu ingame and go to Display settings to disable noise there. After this noise will be completely gone.

@Firstname44 They are gone? If so I didn't notice. I think you talk about cloudy/rainy weathers because I think the feet shadows disappeared because the direct lighting intensity is too low. This however is needed to get this natural/realistic look for cloudy/rainy weathers.

@falcogray niko feet shadows are same in vanilla it's not because of your mod don't worry,I'm just asking if there is any way to fix them, because when niko is walking and his feets are in the air his feets shadows appear but when his feets touch the ground or he is standing still his feet shadows disappear.you know like the shadows are not connected with his feets,hope you understand my worst english sorry :|

@stonem09 to disable blur while gameplay just press the "P" key ingame. You can also disable blur in the graphic settings in the menu. Not sure if this also affects cutscenes but afaik it does. If not I'm not sure what I could do because unfortunately I don't know how to directly remove blur out of cutscenes.

I tested your mod and love it. good Just a little issue i find out bout your mod...
-sometime are lack of cloud in the sky
-a bit dark in the night compare to vanila version.

Nice mod, but only a 7.5/10 because:

When you set it to foggy during daytime/nighttime or just nighttime for any weather, if you have good eyes, you can notice static-like particles appearing on-screen, any reason why?

@Matthew Paano Torres These are attached to some of IV's light models. There's nothing I can do to remove these. If you mean the static lightsprite effect from street lamps and vehicle lights you can disable these by replacing the lightsprite texture. Just take a look at the "Different Lightsprite options" folder inside the optionals folder in case you don't like the static lightstripe texture for street lamps and vehicle lights.

Awesome mod, one question how could I fix (and I know this is very specific) police siren light brightness (not the spread on the ground ) the actual light inside the siren you know? It should have this glow but it doesn't... If I could I would add a picture

I renamed the d3d9.dll to dxvk from the x32 folder copied it over to game's directory along with dxgi, put the d3d9.dll [from enb], ini file & conf file [from dxvk folder in optional]. Simple way to test was to just go in the conf file, and enable 'dxvk.hud' and change 'd3d9.presentinterval' and also compare frames, and the conf file config didnt kick in whilst having been changed and performance was same as vanilla. Also there's no dxvk log file that is created with ur method, the moment you change d3d9.dll from x32 folder to dxvk.dll instantly nullifies effect of dxvk.

I think you can't. Maybe somewhere inside visualsettings.dat or maybe there's an option inside ZolikaMenu for that but I really don't know. Sorry.

But i noticed one bug in TLAD (not sure if it's just for me though). When i stand in front of the Lost MC Clubhouse, Johnny and the Lost members looks black/dark..i can't see their face. Hope you'll soon fix it mate. bye

Great mods... This is what I looking for... a timecyc when streetlights and buildings are a little bit bright. And I found a combo for a CORONA that makes the street lamp looks so bright. HERE

@Gettoru I don't even know what's causing that noise effect in the first place so I don't have an idea what I would need to change. At the beginning I've developed this mod on patch 1.0.4.0 so I've noticed that noise issue later while testing EFLC. There's no noise related value inside timecycle files so it must be another value which triggers noise in some way.

Probably a dumb question but is it based on the console version timecycle?..like does it have those reflections restored?
I've heard people saying that the PC version vanilla timecycles of GTA IV lacks the reflection of the console version.. that's why i asked 🤔

@Carl Johnson GTA CJ The console timecycle is way less different than people think. I compared both with a comparison plugin via notepad++ and I was only able to find two small changes (Something sky related for sunny weather at night time and something even more minor for lightning weather I think).

@Jack_Met maybe in the future I‘ll make an optional for brighter nights. I don’t think it‘s that dark honestly, so you might want to check your monitor‘s contrast settings if dark situations seem black/too dark.

ah thanks for this, i got a new computer and idk why but the regular iceenhancer natural by you doesnt seem to on AMD only computer, i tried the AMD gpu fix in the other mod but nothing works.
its wierd because i didnt change any files around besides for it being1.0.7 and not 1.0.8..

I have some questions, I’ve installed the mod correctly but I don’t think my game look as good as your screenshots, so if you’re using other mods or something else in your screenshots please mention them, and I have another question, does this mod remove the different shade colour in the different EFLC games ? (like the yellow vibe of TLAD and the more vibrant vibe of TBOGT) or does it respect this ?

@Zzzzmal EFLC and IV look 1:1 the same at the moment, but I have plans to have exclusive settings for each episode in the future. Besides of the optionals, some of the recommended mods and a few mods from my Discord server, no. I guess it's just easier to make things look fancier on screenshots, but non of my screenshots are edited, besides of cropping. The mods with the most visual impact that I use are probably DKT70's road textures, converted RDR2 vegetation models with custom Autumn textures, Project Lights, Project Glass, FusionFix, a volumetric light script mod for spotlight and Project 2DFX. You can find sources to all of these mods in the mod files.
