Obey 9F

Yep, another vehicle that was already converted, but I did it anyway. It's a relatively straightforward convert, but I did add some of it's tuning parts from V as extras so it has cosmetic variants, just like vanilla IV vehicles.

Like all of my V converts, it uses both XB360 LODs and a custom L2 LOD and custom COL meshes.
