it's not possible to use a LED lightbar without ELS !!!!
All LED lightbars need ELS.

NEED Help:
I installed the .wtf's and wtd's, changed the lines in Handling.dat, but the game always crashes (error...), I don't know what's wrong

How do I get the flashing lights working? it seems that only the sirens work, there are no lights coming on. Is it supposed to be like this?
