i have a problem with this car...when i am near it and when i look at the front of the car....the texture goes insane, any clues ? solutions?

many many MANY bugs!!!
when i drive the car or near it the are stripes in the air and the screen is green, blue and so on
when i go away from the car its normal BAD MOD SORRY
