This is a civilian version of the fbi/fib Buffalo.. It has new Wheels, there is no police radio or police lights, and 2 different hood scoops and rear spoilers.

I chose to replace the intruder because it has the same sound as the fbi version but you can replace what ever car you want.. works with version 1.0.3.0

oh yeah you understand it.
if you would change the rims on most of the standard cars they would look much better.

This car is in wrong place XD But is really good car. THIS is a buffalo civil edition. I have see it on gta-forums.com.

THEY DID NOT APPROVE THE NEVER VERSION GET IT FORM HERE. NEWER VERSION HAS BETTER DAMAGE AND FRONT TURN INDICATORS
