Actually not in wrong section because I see that many people use the GTA 3 section for Vice City mods anyway, due to the fact that both games shares the same engine so majority of mods are universal for them!

@AkaPreston40 Whatever you want, I just told you what I knew. I tried several skins and models from GTA 3 in VC and they all worked perfectly. On the other hand, I also tried some VC skins and models in GTA 3 and they all worked perfectly as well.

That's how I learned that VC and 3 share the same engine, I also heard that Rockstar originally planned VC as a DLC for GTA 3 instead of a standalone game, and so majority of the things are same in both the games!
