TBOGT - Vehicle Fix

As most of you know all vehicles from 'The Ballad of Gay Tony' have incorrect working lights. We were waiting for Rockstar to adress this issue, but well, you know them.
So i fixed all lights on all vehicles myself.

Only the APC couldnt be fixed, zmodeler cant handle the bodywork material properly. All other new cars/bikes have been fixed (35 in total) and have now properly working lights.

Nothing else has been changed on the models.
