GTA III - HD Dodo Updated

This is a Edited OnePiece's HD Dodo.

Changes of HD Dodo:
- Removed the normal proppeller to add rotating propeller (HQ Moving Propeller made by me).
- A part of wing is transparent, because that part is always transposable.
