Wet III

With this graphics mod Liberty City will look like a huge storm has passed through it!

Introducing Wet III : Simple Reshade Preset that makes everything wet and adds some nice visuals...

Recommended for Medium/High end PC's

You can actually turn off this whole wet effect by pressing HOME button on your keyboard and then disabling "SSR" in reshade settings.
