ENB Reflections For GTA 3 And GTA VC

If you wish to use ENB for reflections only, there you have it! Working for any version of GTA 3 And GTA VC.

Should run on any PC without any problems. (Even on the potato integrated but expect lag there)

Bugs: May or may not work on certain modded vehicles, you have to try it yourself to see if it works correclty with the car models you use.
