Beach R-TXD

New textures for the House of Leone, City Beach, Lighthouse and the area around.

For a more complete picture it is recommended to install together with the file generic.txd (embedded in the archive)

Textures have high resolution and mip-map levels.

The modification is part of a larger project - GTA3: Kostygov Edition.
