My new custom colors for III Aircraft and for the default vehicles! Added

(train,airtrain,dodo,rhino,chopper) vehicles names parameters for carcols.dat!

Added (hunter,dodob,lncmav,polmav,cs_chopper,cs_escape) vehicles names parameters for aircraft-colours.dat! All vehicles colors parameter is!

"0,0 1,1, 11,11, 21,21, 31,31, 41,41, 51,51, 61,61, 71,71 80,80" Enjoy!
