where do i put the files in? and what the f*** are the carcols for?

@shutthatmouthup yung carcols, incase e change mo yung color sa police car from 0,1 to 2,1 by using a notepad. open carcols on gta 3 data folder and find this path:
Police 0,1 and change it to 2,1

how to put files? you need a IMG Tool to do a car mod for GTA 3
Proceedures:
1. open downloaded police car mod folder then drag police.dff and police.txd out from the folder
2. open IMG Tool
3. go to Grand Theft Auto III > Model > open gta3.img and search police.dff and police.txd and delete it.
4. once opening the gta3.img by using IMG Tool, click "command" button yung sa taas and add these: police.dff and police.txd from the police car you downloaded.

@Len.812 the police car's color is not blue when i try to change it's color

@shutthatmouthup but you changed the police car right? just open the note pad and find this path:
police 0,1 then type "2,1" and save. open the game and go to the portland police precinct.
