Thanks to this mod, you can add Kurtlar Vadisi Polat Alemdar to the Gta Vice City game.

Installation:
Files with the Dff extension in the Files folder, by following these steps.
Drop it into C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto Vice City\models\gta3.img.

Files with Bmp extension in the Files folder by following these steps.
Drop it into C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto Vice City\skins\
