Vatos Mod 1.1

This mod uses the unused gang slots (gang 9 and gang 10) and adds 2 new fan-made gangs to the game:
the Nacion Los Monarcas (NLM) and the Brown Town Locos (BTL), two mexican gangs with a long and bitter rivalry.

Nacion Los Monarcas territory is Verona Beach and Brown Town Locos territory is Willowfield.

NLM members can be identified by their blue bandanas and BTL members can be identified by their brown bandanas.

NLM members drive around their territory in Sabres, Clovers, and Remingtons, while BTL members drive Esperantos, Virgos, and Savannas.

Members of both gangs carry pistols, TEC-9s and Micro SMGs.

The mod also replaces TDB graffiti and RHB graffiti by NLM and BTL graffiti.

Other than the gangs' npc models the mod also adds 3 new characters' skins:
-NLM leader El Rey (wears a blue vest zoot suit);
-NLM underboss Tortuga (wears a blue flannel shirt and a black bandana);
-BTL leader Big Peso (wears a brown flannel with black shorts).
These skins are only in the game code can be selected as the player skin with the use of a skin selector.
