1.Open with SparkIV vehicle.img arhive from C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\pc\models\cdimages
2.Import comet .wft and comet.wtd file from elipse folder in arhive.
3.Save and rebuid the arhive and ...
Have Fun.

The car was tested on the 1.0.4.0 version.
