@AllenLim012 i accidentally commented "cover.ifp" and not "covers.ifp" i still couldnt find "covers.ifp" in the "gta3.img" and i already put the "ped.ifp" in the "anim" folder. and i read the "README.TXT" and i still couldn't figure it out.

can some one with a caring heart helpl me out? i installed this but my game cant open can someone just tell me EVERYTHING i need for enb mods? like EVERYTHING. my game doesnt show any pop ups, and it doesnt open/launch.

there is nothing wrong with my pc, i have accidentally installed a high-end enb to my low-end pc AND IT ACTUALLY WORKED!!! but it almost killed my computer

so please help me out. i really need enb series!!!
